All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required in full before an order is processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We currently ship throughout South Africa.
Delivery times vary depending on your location but typically range from 2–5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy for non-perishable items like moringa supplements, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging.
Cold-pressed juices and wellness shots are non-refundable due to their perishable nature.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and product at sales@nakednectar.co.za.
